The Process

Step 1

It All Starts With An Idea

Once you have contacted me and booked an appointment, I will ask you to provide any ideas or designs you may have seen, to allow me to gain an understanding of the style you are after. Designs can be hand drawn and any information can be emailed through as this will provide me with a foundation to draw your individual design prior to our appointment.

Any advice on your preferred metal or gems is always valuable in designing as this will allow me to price options to meet your budget.

Alternatively, if you are wishing to use and recycle heirlooms, provide me with a photo so I can understand what I may be potentially be working with.

Step 2

Meet & Greet

A 45-minute booked appointment is complimentary and during this time we will go over design options and quotes, to work an achievable outcome.

If there is any jewellery you would like to use in your new piece this is the ideal time to bring it with you.

You will receive photos and videos of the process coming to life before your own eyes as part of your own personalised experience.

Step 4

Pick-Up Time

Once your custom piece is made, I will contact you to arrange an appointment for collection, at a time convenient for you.

At pickup you will be provided with your insurance valuation (as appropriate) and your unique piece of jewellery and customer care package.

Absolutely recommend Mitchell, I had an old ring that I got remade, understanding what I wanted to do with it and how we could showcase the stone best was an easy and hassle free experience. Turning it into something that I enjoy wearing. Thank you

Mitch is so passionate about what he does and so helpful, neither my partner or I knew anything about jewellery or what stones or metals would be appropriate but Mitch took the time to sit with us, explain everything and draw up multiple sketches. Couldn't recommend Mitch more highly 😊
